🇪🇺EU Shipping Information

Due to the new packaging regulations in the EU, we are only shipping stickers and sticker sheets as regular letter.

As a small independent business based in Norway, we are required to comply with separate packaging registration systems in each EU country we sell to. These requirements vary from country to country and often involve registration fees, annual fees, reporting obligations, and in some cases the appointment of a local representative.

🇳🇱Shipping to the Netherlands

We can also ship our full product range to the Netherlands.

For orders shipped to the Netherlands, the new €3 customs charge will be collected from the customer upon arrival. Depending on the order and customs assessment, additional customs or handling charges may also apply. Please keep this in mind before placing your order. 

To avoid paying VAT twice, please place your order on our Etsy shop because we collect VAT there. 

Other EU Countries

For customers in other EU countries, we are currently only able to ship stickers and sticker sheets, which will be sent as regular letter mail.

Other products are temporarily unavailable for delivery to these countries because of the packaging registration requirements.

🥹A Note From Us

We are genuinely sorry that our EU shipping options have become so limited.

The new requirements are making it increasingly difficult for very small independent businesses like ours to continue selling across the EU. Packaging rules are handled differently in every country, which means that in order to continue offering our full product range throughout the EU, we would need to register separately in many different countries and pay registration, compliance and annual fees for each one.

For a small artist-run business, these costs add up very quickly.

At the moment, we can only afford to maintain paid packaging registration in Germany, which fortunately is also our largest EU customer base. We will continue looking for affordable ways to reopen shipping to more EU countries in the future.
